The exertion tracker offers the client the possibility to indicate his subjective feeling of exertion during the training using a labeled scale from 0-10 in relation to the effort of the respective previous exercise or training set. This tool can be used as often as necessary.
After the respective training, the previously indicated values are graphically displayed with the heart rate (if available) in the training summary. This makes it possible to put the subjective feeling of exertion in relation to the heart rate or other training data.
