How do I track my subjective feeling of exertion?

In order to indicate your subjective feeling of exertion as a client, following a previous load, first press the "Lightning" (button at the very bottom right). Then a window appears in which you can give a rating from 0-10 or from "No effort" to "Like my hardest competition". Once you have decided on a rating, press "Rate". Then the selected number will be displayed to the coach at the bottom of his screen. If you would rather not give a rating, press "Cancel".
