Stopwatch

To use the stopwatch, first press the "Clock" (button on the bottom left). Now you can choose between the different timer functions within the training.

The stopwatch is located below the timer (second button from the top). When you select it, an orange countdown appears at the bottom of the screen. If you want to pause or stop the stopwatch, press the "Clock" again (bottom left). This will cause two new icons to appear on your screen. The "Pause" button (first from the top) to pause the stopwatch, and the "Cancel" button (second from the top) to cancel the stopwatch. If you have decided to pause the stopwatch, the "Pause" button disappears and the "Play" button (first from the top) appears. Press it to continue the stopwatch. If you want to cancel the respective process (start, pause or end the stopwatch), press the "X". The corresponding button is always at the bottom.
